Turkey and Sweet Pepper Italian Sub

Ingredients

1 New French Bakery French Flute
7 oz. Applegate Farms Smoked Turkey Breast
4 oz. Applegate Farms Emmantaler Swiss Cheese
4 tablespoons Annies Naturals Yellow Pepper and Tomato Vinaigrette
2 1/2 oz. Mediterranean Organics Fire-roasted Red Peppers (slice thin)
5 oz. sliced red tomatoes (slice, salt and pepper, drain on paper towels)
1 oz. red onion, sliced very thin
1 oz. organic mixed salad greens

Instructions

Slice flute in half (as for sub sandwich); spread vinaigrette evenly inside both halves. Layer turkey, cheese, peppers, onion, tomatoes and mixed greens.
