Turkey and Brie Baguettes

Pack these on picnics or have as a light supper on hot days!

Ingredients

3 tablespoons dijon mustard
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon chopped fresh oregano
1 baguette, sliced in half lengthwise
6 ounces brie
1/2 pound smoked turkey, thinly sliced
1 large tomato, sliced
handful fresh spinach
6 pepperoncini, sliced in half lengthwise

Instructions

Mix dijon, mayonnaise and oregano together in a small bowl. Spread onto top half of baguette. Evenly spread brie over bottom half of baguette. Top with turkey, tomato, spinach and pepperoncini. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and top with top half of baguette. Cut diagonally into 4 sandwiches and wrap each tightly until serving time.
