Tomato Basil Soup

Ingredients
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 1/4 cups diced onion
2 stalks celery diced
1 1/4 cups water
6 cups canned diced tomatoes
1 teaspoon fresh basil
3/4 teaspoon salt
black pepper to taste
5 ounces heavy cream
Instructions
Heat olive oil in large saucepan. Add diced onion and celery. Sauté until tender. Add all other ingredients, bring to simmer, and turn off. Let sit for 10 minutes and then it's ready to serve.
