Tofu Mayonnaise [WF/GF/DF/V]

Ingredients
Put all ingredients in a food processor or blender:
1 package soft silken tofu (blend slightly)
1 medium to large clove garlic smashed
2 teaspoons mustard (yellow or brown)
1 teaspoon sea salt
1/3 cup olive oil
Instructions
Blend everything but olive oil together in blender or food processor. Slowly add the oil until blended. Keep in refrigerator in tightly sealed container. Makes enough for a tuna salad or chicken salad.
