Thai Broccoli Salad

Ingredients
SALAD:
5 cups broccoli stalks peeled and chopped
1 2/3 cups broccoli flowerets
1 2/3 cups red bell pepper seeded and chopped
1/2 bunch scallions chopped
1/2 bunch cilantro chopped
DRESSING:
1/2 cup orange juice, frozen concentrate
1 2/3 teaspoons ginger minced
1 2/3 teaspoons garlic minced
1 2/3 tablespoons tamari soy sauce
1 2/3 tablespoons sesame oil
1/2 cup rice wine vinegar
Dash cayenne
Instructions
Prepare all vegetables and combine. Mix together dressing ingredients and add to vegetables. Toss.
