Swordfish with Lime Ginger Glaze

I love to serve this with basmati rice and grilled baby bok choy. Begin marinating fish at least 3 hours before you plan to cook it.

Ingredients

1/4 cup fresh lime juice
3 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons tamari
1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
1/2 teaspoon lime zest
2 6-7 ounce swordfish steaks

Instructions

Whisk lime juice, honey, tamari, ginger and lime zest together in a pie plate. Add fish steaks, turning several times to coat. Leave to marinate in refrigerator for at least 3 hours or up to 6 hours, turning once. Preheat broiler or grill. Remove fish from marinade and place on hot grill or under hot broiler on a baking sheet. Cook until flesh is opaque in the center, about 3 to 5 minutes per side. In the meantime, place remaining marinade in a small non-aluminum saucepan. Cook over high heat until boiled down to a thin glaze, about 6 to 8 minutes. Spoon over fish and serve.
