Strawberry-Raspberry Salsa

Makes 4 cups.
Excellent with fish or just as an accompaniment to a meal.

Ingredients

1 cup diced red bell pepper
2 tablespoons snipped fresh cilantro
3/4 cup diced green bell pepper
2 tablespoons lime juice
3/4 cup sliced strawberries
1 tablespoon honey
1 cup raspberries
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup mashed raspberries or strawberries
1/4 teaspoon cracked black pepper
1/3 cup chopped green onion

Instructions

Combine ingredients, cover and refrigerate for several hours.
