Strawberry Peach Sauce [WF/GF/DF/V]
Makes 1 1/2 cup sauce
Ingredients
1 cup fresh strawberries, washed & hulled
1 cup fresh peaches, peeled and chopped
2 tablespoons chopped crystallized ginger
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1/8 teaspoon salt
Instructions
In a blender, combine all the ingredients and blend until smooth. Chill for one hour or until ready to serve. Great served over Peach Cobbler , waffles, rice or tapioca pudding or ice cream!
