Spinach Dip

Ingredients

1/2 box frozen spinach
4 cups sour cream
1 tablespoon black pepper
3 1/2 cups mayonnaise
1 cup Hearty Stew Blend (dry veggie mix by Frontier)
3/4 cups veggie powdered broth
2 1/2 cups water chestnuts, chopped
2 bunches scallions, chopped

Instructions

Thaw spinach; squeeze out excess water. Combine sour cream, mayo, pepper, and soup/stew mixes. Add spinach, water chestnuts, and scallions. Chill.

Makes 9 pints. Size according to your needs.
