Spicy Peanut Sauce [WF/GF/DF/V]
Makes 1 cup
Ingredients
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
1 tablespoon fresh minced ginger
1/2 cup natural peanut butter
1 tablespoon wheat-free tamari
2 - 3 cloves garlic
1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce, or more to taste
4 - 6 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in blender or food processor. Puree until smooth. Serve over Orange Millet Pilaf or cooked udon noodles with sautéed vegetables and tofu.
