Thank you for your interest in our online shopping service. We are confident you will enjoy the convenience and timesavings of our service. Our expert shoppers take the time to make sure you get the freshest produce, the best cuts of meat or seafood, and exactly what you ordered every time.
Anyone can shop online! All is takes is a simple registration process. Members can register using their member number. If you’re not a member, just choose a username (your email address) and password. Once you’ve completed the registration process, you may shop online anytime by logging in. You can register by clicking the Start Shopping link at top of this page.
We are also happy to ship out certain non-perishable foods, household items or health and beauty aids from Lakewinds Natural Foods. For this service, please e-mail us at lakewinds@lakewinds.coop.
Store Pick Up Fees: There is a fee of $5 on Store Pick Up orders under $75; otherwise Store Pick Up is free.

Membership Benefits Online:
Lakewinds members who choose to shop online will have access to our member-only specials, and will be able to use their monthly discount as well.
Payment, Pricing and Privacy:
Online orders can be paid for using Visa, MasterCard or Discovery credit cards exclusively. Credit card numbers are exchanged using the latest, industry-standard SSL (secure socket layer) encryption. However, since no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed 100% secure, Lakewinds cannot ensure or warrant the absolute security of your information. Lakewinds does not store your credit card number anywhere, nor we will ever sell any information to anyone. We hope you’ll find this to be a safe and trouble-free shopping experience.
Prices are subject to change without notice at anytime for any reason whatsoever. Lakewinds is not responsible for typos or errors. However, we will contact our customers whenever we find a discrepancy before completing their order. And of course, you are protected by our return policy. Please keep in mind that sale prices of Store Pick Up items must be in force on the day of actual pick up (as this is the only time we can run your order through the register).
Your privacy is very important to us. Lakewinds will not disclose any of your personally identifiable information except when we have your permission (for example, contest winners), or under very special circumstances, such as when required by law. Lakewinds does not give, sell or rent any customer or member information, ever.
Return Policies
Store Pick Up items: We will gladly refund your money within 30 days provided you have a Lakewinds receipt, and the product is either defective, or is unopened AND in salable condition. (Basically, that means you can bring back a box of broken cookies or jar of unopened peanut butter, but not a 3-week-old chicken.) Items without a receipt may be returned for store credit with a manager’s approval providing they meet all our other requirements. Items must be returned to our Customer Service Desk. Our customers' satisfaction is extremely important to us.
Store Pick Up
Hours: Pick up times are available Monday thru Friday between 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. (for same-day pick up, your order must be received by 11 a.m.). There are a limited number of pick up slots available each day, so shop early. Currently, Store Pick Up is only available at our Minnetonka and Chanhassen locations.
Pick Up Procedure:
MINNETONKA: Please park near the front door (17501 Minnetonka Blvd), and if you have a cell, call 952-473-0292 and let us know that you are here. Otherwise, come in to the Customer Service Desk and we will get you on your way quickly.
CHANHASSEN: Please drive up to the canopy where the Grocery Pick Up sign is (west side of building, 435 Pond Promenade), and if you have a cell, please call 952-697-3366 and let Customer Service know you're here. Or just come in the side door and let our Customer Service Desk know you're here for your E-Grocery order. Your groceries will then be brought out promptly.
