Rice Pudding [WF/GF/DF]
Serves 4
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups fully cooked rice
1/4 cup organic (for vegan) sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cup rice milk
1 large egg, slightly beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
In large saucepan, combine rice, sweetener, salt, rice milk and egg. Cook over medium-low heat until slightly thickened, about 10-15 minutes, stirring often. Do not bring to a boil! Stir in vanilla.
Rice Pudding is great served warm or cold with your favorite sauce ladled over the top.
