Poppyseed Dressing

Ingredients
1/2 cup honey
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons onion -- pureed
1 cup canola oil
2 tablespoons poppy seeds
Instructions
Combine honey, dry muatard, onion puree, salt and vinegar in blender or food processor. Process until smooth. With blender or food processor running, pour in oil in a thin stream and process until thoroughly blended. Stir in poppyseeds by hand.
Great on a salad with your fresh spring greens. This dressing is even better when you add chunks of avocado, wedges of grapefruit and crisp apple wedges to your salad.
