Marinara Basica [DF/V]

A great tasting thick full bodied tomato sauce for raw pizzas, zu-ghetti pasta, raw lasagnas. You may never go back to canned or cooked tomato sauce again with this healthy alternative.

Yield: Serves 4

Ingredients:

5 ripe roma tomatoes
6 dried tomato halves
1/4 cup raisins, golden preferred
Thyme leaves from 2 sprigs
1/3 cup fresh basil, packed
1/4 cup pineapple, chopped
1 tsp Nama shoyu
1 tsp fresh jalapeno, minced
1 clove garlic
2 green onions

Instructions:

Blend until smooth!
