Maple Mustard Glazed Chicken

Ingredients

1 whole fryer cut into pieces
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt & pepper
3 tablespoons maple syrup
2 tablespoons dijon mustard

Instructions

Preheat broiler. Rub chicken pieces with olive oil and season with salt & pepper. Broil on one side for 8 minutes. Turn each piece over and broil until chicken is cooked completely through (you can test it by piercing several pieces. When juices run clear, the chicken is cooked.) Meanwhile, whisk maple syrup and djin in small saucepan and cook over medium heat until thickened. Brush over cooked chicken, return to broiler and broil for 1 or 2 minutes or until golden in color. Serve.
