Lakewinds Hummus [WF/GF/DF/V]
Ingredients
2 c. cooked garbanzo beans
2 cloves garlic
1/3 c. lemon juice
1/3 c. water
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 c. tahini
Instructions
Place tahini, water, lemon juice, olive oil, cumin, salt and garlic in blender or food processor. Puree until smooth. Slowly add garbanzos and process until very smooth. Scrape down any solids from the sides and process again until smooth.
