Grilled Chicken Breasts with Honey Soy Dipping Sauce

Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, rinsed and patted dry
3 tablespoons tamari soy sauce
3 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons cider vinegar or red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon cornstarch or arrowroot
1 1/4 cups water
1 teaspoon jerk seasoning

Instructions

Place chicken breasts on medium-high grill and cook on both sides until juices run clear. Combine remaining ingredients in small saucepan and bring to a boil. Lower heat and stir until thickened. Serve chicken breasts with steamed greens, rice and peas and pass dipping sauce at the table.
