Greek Salad

Ingredients
1 yellow pepper 1/2" dice
2 green peppers 1/2" dice
1 red pepper 1/2" dice
2/3 red onion 1/2" dice
10 oz. feta cheese 1/4" cubes
2/3 cup calamata olives halved
1 pound Roma tomatoes cut in 1/8ths
2 2/3 teaspoons oregano dried
2 2/3 tablespoons lemon juice
2 2/3 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
Prepare vegetables, olive and cheese. Mix dressing. Toss together and serve.
