Fish Breading [WF/GF/DF]

Ingredients
1/3 cup of rice flour
1/3 cup of oat flour
1/2 cup of corn meal, blue or yellow
1/2 tsp of fresh chopped rosemary
1/2 tsp of fresh chopped dill
1/8 tsp of onion powder
1 small clove garlic minced
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Have a frying pan of hot oil ready for fish. Grapeseed is an excelling frying oil. You don't need a lot of oil. It depends on the end result you are looking for. Wash and pat dry fish. Pour enough rice or soy milk in a bowl to dip fish into. Cover fish with milk put into dry mixture and fry.
