Easy Cheesy Egg Dish

Prepare this dish the night before.
Serves 6-8
Ingredients
1 dozen eggs
1 bag of croutons, plain or herbed
1 pint half and half
1 pound cheddar cheese, grated
1 1/2 pounds pork sausage
1/2 medium green pepper, diced
1/2 large onion, diced
dash of salt and pepper
Instructions
Crack and beat eggs in a bowl. Stir in half and half to eggs and add salt and pepper. Start browning sausage. In a 9x 13 pan spread croutons on bottom of pan. Then add the remaining layers in this order: sausage, pepper and onion, cheese. Pour egg mixture over the top. Cover and refrigerate overnight. The next day, preheat over at 350°F. Bake for 45-60 minutes. Uncovered.
