Doug's Pumpkin Pie

No white sugar, very rich flavor. Use soymilk or soy creamer instead of cream for dairy free.

yield: 1- 10" pie

Ingredients

Ingredients:
1 partially baked pie crust
2 3/4 cups pumpkin puree
1/3 cup honey
1/2 cup maple syrup
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
7 oz. half and half
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/4 teaspoons allspice
3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
3/8 teaspoon clove

Instructions

PREHEAT OVEN TO 350°F
1. combine all ingredients and whisk until completely mixed.
2. pour into shell and bake 45-60 minutes until puffed in middle (like a quiche).
3. allow to cool before serving.
