Dill Dip [WF/GF/DF/V]

Ingredients

8 ounces of tofu
3 tablespoons of mellow white miso
1 tablespoon of brown rice vinegar
1 tablespoon of oil (canola or sesame)
1 - 2 cloves of garlic
4 tablespoons of minced fresh dill weed

Instructions

Put all ingredients in a blender or surabachi. Blend until smooth. Use for dipping vegetables, bread or crackers.
