As soon as you walk in to the store, you'll almost always be greeted by a smiling face and a hello from our Customer Service staff (unless they're off helping another customer)! The Customer Service Desk is at the front of the store for a very good reason: excellent customer service defines the Lakewinds shopping experience. We're here to answer any questions you may have about the store, its products, membership and more. Besides answering your questions and helping you feel welcome, Customer Service would also love to help you with:
- Placing and picking up your special order items.
- Explaining the benefits of membership, or changing your member data
- Giving you information and registering you for our cooking and nutrition classes
- Taking payment for postage stamps and newspapers
- Explaining our recycling programs
- Returning product

Cell Phone Recycling We have a new recycling program for cell phones. Bring in your used cell phones, and they will be turned into cash donated to the Sojourner . The phones will be put to good use too. None too old please, so look around! |
