Positions Available:
MINNETONKA
Applications can be completed and submitted at the Customer Service Desk.Cashier – PT (varied hours, including evenings and weekends)
- Seeking motivated cashier with positive personality, accuracy, reliability and time management skills.
- This position requires strong multi-tasking skills.
- Requires standing for up to several hours at a time, lifting, and moving up to approximately 50 lbs. repeatedly during a shift.
- Excellent customer service skills required.
- Must be available for all shifts, including evenings & weekends
Produce – PT (varied hours, including evenings and weekends)
- Duties include serving customers, receiving deliveries, and stocking produce.
- Maintain strict standards of food safety, job safety, allergen, and organic certification.
- Excellent customer service skills required, natural food knowledge is helpful.
- Ability to lift and move approximately 50 lbs. repeatedly during shift.
Produce – FT (Thursday – Monday, 6am-2pm)
- Duties include serving customers, receiving deliveries, and stocking produce.
- Maintain strict standards of food safety, job safety, allergen, and organic certification.
- Excellent customer service skills required, natural food knowledge is helpful.
- Ability to lift and move approximately 50 lbs. repeatedly during shift.
Meat & Seafood Dept. Wrapper - FT (Friday thru Tuesday, 10-6)
- Wrap, label and price product following established procedure.
- Work safely following established job safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Receive deliveries and check for accuracy and quality and handle discrepancies according to established procedure.
- Maintain meat and seafood displays, freezer, prep. and storage areas in clean, orderly condition, meeting established safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Answer department phone calls in a prompt and professional manner.
- Ability to lift up to approximately 50 pounds repeatedly.
CHANHASSEN
Produce – PT (varied hours, including evenings and weekends)
- Duties include serving customers, receiving deliveries, and stocking produce.
- Maintain strict standards of food safety, job safety, allergen, and organic certification.
- Excellent customer service skills required, natural food knowledge is helpful.
- Ability to lift and move approximately 50 lbs. repeatedly during shift.
Demo Associate - PT
- Prepare product and set up an attractive sampling station with materials and products set to merchandising standards.
- Study provided product materials to become informed of featured products - nutritional information, ingredients, etc. prior to demo.
- Actively greet all customers with eye contact, smile and invitation to sample: ask for a response, offer materials, listen to customer needs, direct customer to product and ask for the sale.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Assist customers with questions, ask coworkers for assistance when necessary.
- Part time, 24 – 32 hours, possibility of FT as business grows and ability to work at both locations.
Baker - FT (Morning start time 3:00am or 4:00am)
- Responsibilities include prepping, mixing, forming, packaging, slicing and labeling Lakewinds Bakehouse artisan loaves.
- Maintain strict standards of food safety, job safety, allergen and special diets and organic certification.
- Wash utensils and help keep area clean.
- This position is for 32 hours per week and requires standing for up to several hours at a time, lifting and moving up to approximately 50 lbs. repeatedly during shift.
