Positions Available:
From the Board of Directors In February of this year, Libby Trader resigned as General Manager. Libby joined us in July 2007, when Lakewinds was experiencing severe growing pains and financial uncertainty. Throughout her tenure, Libby worked closely with her management team to strengthen sales and set the stores back on course. While we are disappointed she has chosen to leave, we applaud her myriad contributions and thank her for her service to the cooperative. While we are conducting our search, we have asked John Case to renew his role as interim GM, which he served back in 2007. John’s vast experience with Lakewinds gives us the luxury of having a steady hand at the wheel of daily operations while we search for a permanent GM. The board has established a search committee, and we are in the beginning stages of conducting our search. We expect the process to take a number of months and you can follow our progress on www.lakewinds.com and in the member newsletter. MINNETONKA

Hours vary; must be available early morning hours.
Must have knowledge of various cuts and grades of beef, pork, chicken and seafood.
Work safely following established job safety and sanitation guidelines.
Display fresh meat and seafood while providing prompt, friendly, and courteous customer service, to meet all department objectives.
Maintain meat and seafood displays, freezer, prep and storage areas in clean, orderly condition, meeting established safety and sanitation guidelines.
Ability to lift up to approximately 50 pounds repeatedly, and 80 pounds occasionally.
Deli Counter Closer- PT (varied hours and days)
Seeking motivated and experienced person with excellent customer service skills.
Maintain strict standards of food safety, job safety, allergen and special diets, and organic certification.
Wash utensils and help keep area clean.
This is an opportunity to work in a great kitchen and deli.
Significant lifting required throughout shift.
Deli Counter Opener- FT (6 am - 2pm)
Seeking motivated and experienced person with excellent customer service skills.
Maintain strict standards of food safety, job safety, allergen and special diets, and organic certification.
Wash utensils and help keep area clean.
This is an opportunity to work in a great kitchen and deli.

CHANHASSEN
