Buttermilk Herb Dressing

Ingredients
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 cup sour cream -- or yogurt
1 teaspoon garlic -- minced
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon Spike
1/2 cup powdered buttermilk
1 cup canola oil
1/2 cup cold water
Instructions
Blend all ingredients in blender until well belnded. Chill before serving. Can be stored up to 2 weeks in refrigerator.
Another great dressing for all of the yummy spring greens that show up this time of year. This is also great thickened up with more sour creeam or yogurt and used as a dip for fresh vegetables.
