Broccoli with Lemon Garlic Crumb Topping

Ingredients
1 large bunch broccoli, cut into florets
1 stick butter
1 tablespoon lemon peel, minced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 1/2 cups bread crumbs
Instructions
Cook broccoli in boiling water until tender-crisp, about 4- 6 minutes. Drain and transfer to a bowl of ice water to preserve vibrant green color. Drain and pat dry with paper towel. Melt 3 tablespoons butter in large skillet over medium heat. Add broccoli. Sauté until heated through. Remove from skillet and place in serving bowl or platter. Cover to keep warm. Add remaining butter to same skillet and melt. Add garlic and lemon zest and cook until fragrant. Add breadcrumbs and sauté until crumbs turn golden. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Sprinkle over broccoli and serve.
