Ingredients

5-6 carrots
4 kale leaves
4 sprigs of parsley
1/2 apple

Instructions

Trim the carrots and cut into 2- to 3-inch pieces. Cut the apple into narrow wedges. Process the vegetables and the apples wedges in juicer.
